
Patrick Strausbaugh, CPA
Patrick serves as CFO at Aline, bringing over 25 years of experience across accounting, finance, and professional services. His background spans corporate finance, public accounting, and firm leadership, with a focus on building financially disciplined, growth-oriented organizations to support long-term value creation. He brings an operator’s mindset to financial leadership, informed by experience advising and leading businesses through scale and transition.
Prior to joining Aline, Patrick co-founded and served as Managing Partner of Oak, where he led the firm’s expansion through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Under his leadership, the firm evolved into a modern professional services organization with a strong advisory focus and scalable operating model.
As CFO, Patrick oversees Aline’s financial strategy, firm-wide performance, and the infrastructure supporting continued growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from Oakland University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Walsh College. Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
Outside of work, he prioritizes family and enjoys golf.
