Nick Laperriere

Nick’s career spans sales, consulting, and executive operations, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how organizations grow and scale. Over the past 15 years, he has held senior leadership roles within high-growth, multi-site healthcare organizations, with a focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and people-first leadership.

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric, Nick has led operations across enterprise and growth-stage environments, including roles with Westridge Capital and SCA/Optum (UnitedHealth Group). Most recently, Nick founded and led Companion Pet Partners, a private equity-backed veterinary hospital platform. Across his career, Nick's work has focused on scaling organizations through operational efficiency and nurturing teams that keep culture strong, allowing the mission and vision to flourish through growth.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys reading, cooking, live music, and exploring new restaurants with his wife and two teenage daughters.
