Martha DeVoe, CPA
Martha earned her BSBA in Accounting, graduating magna cum laude from Appalachian State University. During her studies, she was recognized for academic excellence and inducted into Beta Alpha Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma.
She started her career supporting the financial operations of a petroleum marketing company in Rutherford County, North Carolina, where she advanced to assistant controller. Her responsibilities included cash management, payroll and payroll taxes, financial statement preparation and analysis, and selecting warehouse software for invoicing and inventory.
Martha joined Moyer, Smith & Roller, P.A. (now known as MDI Tax & Accounting) in January 1996 and has worked across both audit and tax services. She specializes in employee benefit plan audits and is a member of the AICPA and the North Carolina Association of CPAs. NC Certificate #23642
