LaTicia Cason
LaTicia Cason is an enthusiastic human resources professional with over a decade of experience in building strategic and effective talent programs across multiple industries. Currently a Human Resources Consultant for organizations experiencing accelerated growth, she specializes in developing recruitment and onboarding programs, as well as performance management, professional development and engagement initiatives.
LaTicia holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from USF Tampa. She is also a SHRM Certified Professional and a Predictive Index Practitioner.
A true Floridian (born and raised in Orlando), LaTicia enjoys spending time with family and friends exploring the city, as well as traveling and trying as many underground restaurants as possible. When she is not curled up with a good book or playing pool at her favorite local hangout, you can often find her crafting new food and cocktail recipes or dabbling in interior decorating.
Throughout her career, LaTicia has been fortunate to share her passion for counseling and mentorship by partnering with community-based organizations to further the development of our youth. Known for her dedication, integrity, and ingenuity, LaTicia is passionate about creating a safe and satisfying work environment. She believes in the power of collaboration to cultivate a transformative people culture.
