Dwayne serves as Aline’s Director of Recruitment, bringing a diverse background in both accounting and executive search. With nearly five years in executive search, he has a strong track record of identifying and placing top talent in the public accounting sector.
Before moving into recruitment, Dwayne spent six years as an accountant, gaining experience in the government and construction sectors. His combined knowledge of accounting and recruitment informs his strategic approach to talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with the firm’s growth objectives.
Dwayne resides in Orlando with his wife and their dog, Naahi. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching soccer and college football, and listening to jazz.
