Anna Grenier

Director of Administration & Resourcing​

Anna is Aline’s Director of Administration & Resourcing, bringing a strong background in business management, operational efficiency, and strategic leadership. She has successfully streamlined operations in professional services firms, optimizing workflows and enhancing client service.​

Before joining Aline, Anna served as the Firm Administrator at Grenier Lender LLP, a Connecticut-based tax and accounting firm, where she played a key role in firm operations, resource allocation, and business development. She also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having led the Lyme Art Association in strengthening its programming, expanding community engagement, and improving organizational efficiency.​

In her role at Aline, Anna will focus on firm administration and operations leadership, ensuring a balanced workload across teams and supporting new client proposals with a data-driven approach to engagement pricing.​
